Ser emprendedor significa que enfrentas tus miedos y luchas por tus sueños. Puede ser abrir tu propio negocio, superar algún obstáculo o simplemente tener esa actitud de vida que es ser emprendedor.
Si tuviera que poner un sinónimo a “emprendedor” sería “solucionador“.
Ser emprendedor no es fácil y aunque esté de moda emprender conlleva una responsabilidad muy grande con uno mismo, porque siempre nos encontraremos con algo inevitable, el fracaso.
Todos sabemos que detrás de una persona exitosa hay un gran número de fracasos y a eso me refiero con “una gran responsabilidad con uno mismo” porque se debe desarrollar la habilidad de levantarnos tras un tropezón. A esa habilidad se le llama resiliencia.
Los emprendedores somos solucionadores porque si vamos a abrir nuestra propia empresa y emprender ese viaje primer debemos solucionar un problema a nuestro mercado objetivo, hacer su vida más fácil y más agradable.
Seguido de definir qué vamos a solucionar, debemos comenzar operaciones y solucionar el sin fin de detalles que día a día se nos presentan, con una actitud positiva y la esperanza de que nuestro objetivo se cumplirá.
Por eso siempre digo que ser emprendedor y empresario se trata simplemente de ser solucionador y facilitador.
